【產(chǎn)品介紹】Fra-2, one of the Fos-related antigens, 
is promptly expressed after the growth stimulation 
of fibroblasts, but its induction peak is later than that 
of c-Fos (1). Fra-2 belongs to the activator protein 
1 family of transcription factors, and it regulates 
the production of extracellular matrix in systemic 
sclerosis (SSc). It has been demonstrated that Fra-2
 is overexpressed in SSc and acts as a novel 
downstream mediator of the profibrotic effects of TGFβ 
and PDGF. It might be an interesting novel candidate 
for molecular-targeted therapies for SSc (2).
