adenosine diphosphate (ADP). Upon activation by ADP, 
GPR94 couples to G alpha i proteins to inhibit 
adenylyl cyclase activity and activate MAP kinases (1). 
It may play a role in hematopoiesis and the immune 
system. It is highly expressed in spleen and adult brain (2).
