【產(chǎn)品介紹】Lefty is a member of the TGF-beta family 
of proteins. It is secreted and plays a role in 
left-right asymmetry determination of organ systems 
during development. Lefty may also play a role 
in endometrial bleeding. Mutations in Lefty have 
been associated with left-right axis 
malformations, particularly in the heart and lungs. 
Some types of infertility have been associated 
with dysregulated expression of Lefty in the endometrium (1).

Specificity
A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues on 
the C-terminus in human Lefty was used as an immunogen. 
This antibody recognizes Lefty1 and Lefty2.

貯存：
Store at -20° C. Buffer: 50 mM Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 
0.15 M NaCl, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% sodium azide and 
0.05% BSA. Stable for 12 months from date of receipt.
