Character：
為粘多糖的分解酶，可水解組織基質(zhì)中的主要成分透明質(zhì)酸，增加組織的通透性，從而促使皮下輸液和局部積貯的滲出液或血液的吸收。臨床可用于加速皮下、肌肉注射藥液的吸收，促進(jìn)局麻藥的浸潤，減輕注射部分疼痛，促進(jìn)手術(shù)及創(chuàng)傷后局部水腫或血腫的消散。Enzyme Commission (EC) Number: 4.2.2.1 透明質(zhì)酸酶是從牛睪丸中分離提取的，并進(jìn)一步用層析的方法制備，以去除殘留的其它蛋白酶的污染。 Unit Definition One unit will cause a change in A600 of 0.330 per minute at pH 5.7 at 37°C in a 2.0 ml reaction mixture (45 minute assay).

用途  透明質(zhì)酸酶在β-D-GalNAc-(1→4)-β-D- GlcA鍵處裂解透明質(zhì)酸，產(chǎn)生3-(4-deoxy-β-D-gluc-4-enuronosyl)-N-acetyl-D-glucosamine 四糖或六糖。該酶專一作用于透明質(zhì)酸，對(duì)軟骨素（chondroitin）和硫酸軟骨素（chondroitin sulfate）無活性。
