【產(chǎn)品介紹】自身免疫調(diào)節(jié)因子(autoimmune regulator, AIRE)是一種具有轉(zhuǎn)錄活化潛能的DNA結(jié)合蛋白。由于AIRE基因的突變可導(dǎo)致自身免疫病 (autoimmune polyendocrinopathycandidiasis - ectodermal dystrophy, APECED)，又稱自身免疫性多腺體綜合征Ⅰ(autoimmune polyglandular syndrome type Ⅰ, APS Ⅰ)。因此,這一基因在正常生理狀態(tài)下很可能對維持自身免疫耐受、控制自身免疫起著重要作用。對自身免疫耐受產(chǎn)生機(jī)制的揭示將為自身免疫病、超敏反應(yīng)、移植排斥及腫瘤的治療提供新的策略.
