羥基磷灰石的組成和晶體結(jié)構(gòu)羥基磷灰石的理論組成為 Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2,Ca/P 為1.67,但由于受到制備過程的影響,其真正的組成是相當(dāng)復(fù)雜的。 HA 晶體為六方晶系,屬L6PC 對(duì)稱型和P63/m空間群,其結(jié)構(gòu)為六角柱體,與c 軸垂直的面是一個(gè)六邊形,a、b 軸夾角120o;,其晶胞參數(shù)為a=9.43~9.38?;,c=6.88~6.86?;,z=2,單位晶胞含有10 個(gè)Ca2+、6 個(gè)PO43-和2 個(gè)OH-。HA 微晶表面具有幾種可能的表面狀態(tài):(1)當(dāng)OH 位于晶體表面時(shí),OH 與2個(gè)Ca(Ⅱ)離子相連,當(dāng)HA 在水溶液中時(shí),這個(gè)表面OH 位置至少在某一瞬間空缺,由于2 個(gè)Ca(Ⅱ)離子帶正電荷,形成了一個(gè)吸附位置,這個(gè)位置能吸附PO43-或大分子上的磷酸根基團(tuán)或羧基基團(tuán)。(2)當(dāng)Ca 離子位于晶體的表面時(shí),由于Ca(Ⅰ)與6 個(gè)帶負(fù)電電荷的O 原子相連,當(dāng)HA 在水溶液中,表面的Ca(Ⅰ)位置在某一瞬間空缺時(shí),就在Ca(Ⅰ)位置形成較強(qiáng)的吸附位置,能吸附Sr3+、K+等陽離子及蛋白質(zhì)分子的基團(tuán),而在 Ca(Ⅱ)位置則形成一個(gè)較弱的吸附位置。(3)PO43-位于晶體的表面時(shí),H2O 通過氫鍵與PO43-離子結(jié)合。
